Question & Answer
Question
I have used the Probit procedure in IBM SPSS Statistics to model the toxicity of a substance. I included a group variable as a factor and the dose level as a covariate. I was able to obtain the LD50 value for each group from the table "Confidence Limits for Effective ', as described in Technote 1480839. However, I would like to compare the LD50 values for each pair of groups and determine whether the LD50 differences are significant. Can the Probit procedure perform these comparisons?
