1. User not able to create API key?
Fix:
With IBM ID the APIKey creation capabilities will no longer work and we can't provide any access, you need to use the one that came with the reservation i.e,. (IBM cloud API key), please use the Student ID version.you will find it here "https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7182220#_How_to_use" which explains which environments have API access versus not and how to identify them.

2. owner not able to add other shared users as collaborator?
Fix:
After sharing the reservation to users, the users need to open the links in the reservation page to do the initial steps then only owners are able to add users to project as collaborators, refer this runbook for more details

3.Unable to create AI inventories?
Fix:
Working with Inventories and AI use cases is only available in Student ID environments in Frankfurt region, you cannot be granted admin since users are using IBM ID, we will not give permissions to create y own inventory. users need to use a Student ID environment.
