Command Structure

The structure of each file command includes the followingelements:

  • Command name
  • Parameters providing information that Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork needsto perform the command. Each parameter consists of:
    • Parameter name such as BATCHID
    • Equal (=) sign
    • Value such as a mailslot password

For example the following example shows the $$REQUEST commandand its two parameters?ID and BATCHID:

$$REQUEST ID=SA999D BATCHID='mypassw'

where:

  • $$REQUEST is the command name.
  • ID=SA999D is your mailslot ID parameter in this example SA999D.
  • BATCHID='mypassw' is you mailslot password parameter enclosedin single quotes in this example mypassw.
