Troubleshooting
Problem
When combining an IBM Software Development Platform (SPD) tool with Vyooh SplitView or any other dual-monitor support configuration, there is a possibility of causing IBM SDP tools to hang with very low CPU utilization.
Symptom
The issue documented above manifests as a "white screen", where any IBM SPD tool fails to repaint either in maximized mode or minimized mode.
