Abstract

IBM Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2.2.6 (10.2.2 Fix Pack 6) provides important product corrections to IBM Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2.2.

IBM Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2.2.6 provides important product corrections to IBM Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2.2 and should be applied to all 10.2.2 installations at your earliest convenience.
This fix pack includes all previous fix packs for Cognos Insight 10.2.2.

Notes:

IBM Cognos Business Intelligence administrators must update the Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight using Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight 10.2.2 Fix Pack 6.

Prerequisites

This fix pack requires that Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2.2 is already installed.
This fix pack contains Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2.2 FP1, FP2, FP3, FP4, FP5 and FP6 product corrections.

Installation Instructions

To install Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2.2.6:

  1. Use the link in the Download package section of this document to download the appropriate file.
  2. On your computer, navigate to the directory where you downloaded the installation file.
  3. Use a decompression tool to unpack the .tar.gz file.
  4. To begin the installation, double-click IBMCognosInsightSE64_10.2.2.6.msp or IBMCognosInsightSE_10.2.2.6.msp from within the local directory where the file was unpacked.
  5. Follow the steps in the installation wizard until the installation is complete.
