Problem
An Excel sheet opens automatically when some users open an Excel worksheet or try to enter data in Controller via forms in Excel (2013). Excel sheet is full strange characters. The first line of this sheet contains the following message "This program cannot be run in DOS mode." They cannot enter data in Controller via Excel forms.
