Problem

During normal daily operation with an Analyst Library, the Customer gets the following error message when trying to open any D-List

Symptom

The operation failed. When reporting the problem,
please include the following information:
Index files probably corrupt for library number 1306281. Please rebuild index files from the Administration menu.
Code: FS0121 at ObjectLibSel[9]
