Problem
Code: 110 Incorrect Data Format on extended ASCII characters.
Symptom
Migrated map from Gentran:Server for Windows to GIS 4.1. The map translation is giving incorrect data format errors when it hits extended ASCII characters, but these did not cause an error in Gentran Server. Added syntax token range of 0x00 to 0xFF but still get the errors.
