When the 'Incorrect Element Format' or 'Incorrect Data Format' error is received compare the field format found on the Mapping Report System to the data in the field. Be sure the following conditions are met:
1. Minimum field length requirement is met.
2. Maximum field length requirement is not exceeded.
3. Data for field matches the 'Type' chosen for the field. I.E. String Numeric Date/Time.
4. The specified number of decimals defined in the map is not exceeded in the input value. For example if the field has a type of R2 the data in file can not contain more than two decimal places.
5.? For positional file formats verify the field alignment is correct.
