CMIS Login Issue in Edge Chromium Browser

Troubleshooting


Problem

The CMIS (Content Manager Interoperability Services) ping page fails to display the login prompt and returns an HTTP 401 Unauthorized error when accessed through the Edge Chromium browser. This issue prevents users from logging into the CMIS application.

Symptom

  • The CMIS ping page URL is inaccessible in the Edge Chromium browser.
  • The browser displays an HTTP 401 Unauthorized error instead of the login prompt.
  • The application works correctly in Internet Explorer (IE) mode.
