Problem
An issue occurs with ICP 2.1.0.2 after implementing Docker runc security vulnerability patch for IBM
This patch is required to upgrade docker to 18.06.2 version, but based on requirements: 17.09 is maximum.
Symptom
Once you apply the patch you may not be able to access the cluster. The Auth pods stay in Init state.
