Troubleshooting
Problem
Using the Tivoli 9 Skin, the close window "X" does not appear in the right hand upper corner.
Symptom
After installing Maximo 7.5 with the new skin, the "x" is missing in
the upper right-hand corner of dialog boxes. One can only close the
dialog if there's a Cancel button available.
