Problem
Error number -239: DMS-E-GENERAL, A general exception has occurred during operation 'prepare request'. DMS-E-DBPARSER, The underlying database detected an error during processing of the SQL request. [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0118E Invalid SQL syntax. SQLSTATE=37000 This error occurs when you are trying to concatenate a string and a substring against DB2 on an MVS platform using the '+' sign.
