Summary
When MQTT clients receive messages for the subscriptions they have created, they are stored on the SYSTEM.MQTT.TRANSMIT.QUEUE until the MQTT channel delivers them to the client applications.
If a client disconnects from the MQTT channel and does not reconnect, messages can remain stuck on the SYSTEM.MQTT.TRANSMIT.QUEUE forever.
