Symptom

Older versions of ServeRAID-M Installation and User's Guides contain instructions in the section "Transferring Cached Data from a Failed Controller" that do not apply to the ServeRAID controllers listed below.

If one of these controllers is defective and needs to be replaced, there is no way to transfer any cache data to the replacement controller.
