Problem
The customer has a batch program that uses Encina SFS' external file handler. Programs running in a CICS region also access the SFS files, as does some requests that the use CECI to process. When the batch program is running, the programs in CICS will often get abend AKCS. Sometimes they are unable to access the SFS records at all.
