Problem
This technote provides information about an issue that can occur when using an IBM® Rational® ClearCase® (CC) dynamic view where .chm files are not properly displayed and the error []this page cannot be displayed[] is reported after applying Microsoft security update 906358.
Symptom
After adding a .chm file to source control, if you attempt to open the file from within a dynamic view it does not display properly. When opening the file you receive an error "this page cannot be displayed"
