Characters greater than hex code 0x7F are coded with the hex code instead of the character in XML output (SCI62381)
Symptom
Characters greater than hex code 0x7F are coded with the hex code instead of
the character in XML output. Example output for data that has ?? in it:
<b037>Touré</b037>;
Non-English characters are output as the
hexadecimal code of the character(s) instead of the printable character.
