Problem
Jobs run with a Japanese locale set on an AIX server can report conversion errors from Unicode to UTF-8 in the job log.
Symptom
Log entries such as the following are see in the job log, these messages can come from a variety of stages.
main_program: Invalid character(s) ([x83]) found converting string (code point(s): XML Output [x83]X[x83]e[x81][x5B][x83]W) from codepage UTF-8 to Unicode, substituting.
