If I am connecting to an IBM iSeries family of servers and do not have Operations Navigator installed, can I specify a Host server or TCP server so it does not start automatically with TCP/IP?

If I am connecting to an IBM iSeries family of servers and do not have Operations Navigator installed, can I specify a Host server or TCP server so it does not start automatically with TCP/IP?
Program Developer's Menu (PDM) can be used to edit the file that controls which TCP/IP servers start with TCP. Do the following:

Program Developer's Menu (PDM) can be used to edit the file that controls which TCP/IP servers start with TCP. Do the following:
| 1 | Run the WRKMBRPDM command, and press PF4 to prompt. Specify File QATOCSTART and Library QUSRSYS, and press the Enter key. |
| 2 | On Servers, select Option 18=Change with DFU, and press the Enter key. |
| 3 | On the Work with Data in a File dialog, specify the server from the following list (in all capital letters) in the Server: parameter, and press the Enter key. Servers: *ASFTOMCAT, *BOOTP, *CIMOM, *DBG, *DDM, *DHCP, *DIRECTOR, *DIRSRV, *DLFM, *DNS, *DOMINO, *EDRSQL, *FTP, *HOD, *HTTP, *INETD, *LPD, *MGTC, *NETSVR, *NSLD, *NTP, *ODPA, *ONDMD, *POP, *QOS, *REXEC, *ROUTED, *SMTP, *SNMP, *TCM, *TELNET, *TFTP, *VPN, *WEBFACING Note: Refer to the following print screen for an example of Steps 3 and 4. |
| 4 | Set Autostart to *NO (all capital letters). Press the Enter key, and then press F3. |
| 5 | On the End Data Entry dialog, set End Data Entry to Y, and press the Enter key. The next time the STRTCP command is run, the server that you specified in Step 3 will not start. |
