Abstract
A new feature that allows work order status changes in background mode as been developed.
Content
A new option has been added to run work order status changes in background when the option is selected.

When changing the status of work orders from the 'List' or 'Main' tabs you should see an option
label 'Change work order status in background?' This should be checked.
You should then enter an email address into the option 'Notification E-mail for Work Order Generation'
An email will be sent to the email address on completion
The process will still take some time to complete, but it will allow user to continue their work on the same users session.
To gain maximum benefit from this option it is possible to effectively ' batch ' changes by selecting multiple work orders to change at the same time from the 'List' tab . The processing will then all happen in the background.
