Problem
Changing credentials in IBM Rational Lifecycle Integration Adapters (RLIA) Tasktop Connector for a repository results in a "CCRRTT000002005E General non-fatal" error.
Symptom
After changing credentials in RLIA Tasktop Connector for a repository the following error is reported:
CCRRTT000002005E General non-fatal error.
Query status is not ok: Status ERROR: com.tasktop.artifacts.bridge code=3 Authentication credentials were not accepted by the server:
Authentication failed com.tasktop.artifacts.exceptions.AuthenticationFailedException: Authentication credentials were not accepted by the server: Authentication failed
Cause
Cookies or other authentication information containing previous credentials may be stored in memory.
Resolving The Problem
Restart Tasktop when credentials are changed.
