Abstract
The email address maas360@fiberlink.com will be sunset and all email communications from the MaaS360 platform will originate from maas360@maas360.ibm.com. This change will be implemented along with the 10.76 Portal Release mid-December. In order to ensure timely and successful delivery of email from MaaS360 platform, add the email address maas360@maas360.ibm.com to the allow list on your email servers and add it to your address book.

If you are using maas360@fiberlink.com as the default email address for all communications from MaaS360 to administrators or end users, then this change will affect you.
The email address maas360@fiberlink.com will be sunset and all emails from MaaS360 platform will originate from maas360@maas360.ibm.com
as soon as the MaaS360 10.76 Portal Release is elevated. Refer https://status.maas360.com for schedule information on the 10.76 Code Release.
In order to ensure timely and successful delivery of email from MaaS360 platform, allowlist the email address maas360@maas360.ibm.com on your email servers and add it to your address book.
The changes will apply to all emails being sent to administrators and end users, including (but not limited to) enrollment requests, app catalog access, cloud extender alerts from MaaS360 portal.
If you are using any other email address for such email communications from MaaS360 platform other than maas360@fiberlink.com and have updated the email address under Setup > Branding > Email configuration> Email Sender (Email Address) you will remain unaffected due to this change.
