Troubleshooting
Problem
User is trying to configure a Cognos BI report server CGI. As part of this process, user opens "Handler Mappings" and tries to add a Module Mapping. An error message appears when trying to choose "CgiModule".
Symptom
Add Module Mapping
'CgiModule' is not a recognized native module. Specify at least one enabled native module.
