Problem
Unable to view sample cubes after installing Upfront and PowerPlay Enterprise Server (PPES).
Symptom
Viewing Report via Upfront or PPES Table of Contents (TOC) causes error:
CGI Error - The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of http headers.
Viewing remote cube via PowerPlay causes error:
A timeout occured while waiting for a response.
