Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller client. User receives an error.
Symptom
Error when launching Controller client:
- ControllerProxyClient
The system cannot find the file specified.
Do you wish to accept the certificate?
If click "OK" they get a 'security alert' relating to the certificate.
- If they click 'View Certificate' they see the following message:

This certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted certification authority.
