Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Company - Data Entry – Report Values". User chooses a data entry form by selecting the relevant parameters, and opens it. User tries to type data into the form. User gets error Problem only affects some forms. Specifically, it only affects forms created to dynamically expand on a dimension. However, if the dimension is hardcoded (in the Column Set) then the user can successfully enter data.
Symptom
The cell or chart that you are trying to change is protected and therefore read-only.
To modify a protected cell or chart, first remove protection using the Unprotect Sheet Command (Review tab, Changes group). You may be prompted for a password.
