Need to restart Sterling B2B Integrator to restart a Connect:Direct Server Adapter.

Description: Sterling B2B Integrator may have to be restarted to restart a Connect:Direct Server Adapter (CDSA) that could not start due to a port conflict.
Resolution: The CDSA adapter is now internally stopped, automatically, when its internal state reports a local ICDServer.FAILED_TO_START event before moving from IAdapterRMI.STARTINGUP to IAdapterRMI.COULDNTSTART.
