Problem
CDATA wrapper is not outputting around XML element data that contains entities
Symptom
When translating data that contains XML entities (<>'&") in Gentran Server Windows, the CDATA wrapper is not used.
Data prior to import: <VENDOR
NAM>"'&
Data after import: <Name><VENDOR NAM>"'&</Name>
Data should
appear as: <Name></Name>
The Output tab of the OUTPUT side of map does not have the box checked to "Use Character Entity Reference instead of CDATA sections".
