Troubleshooting
Problem
If you have need to run the svn command to manipulate an Impact Subversion repository, be sure to use the Impact version of the command:
$NCHOME/platform/
Symptom
If you manipulate the repository using the wrong version of svn, you may see the message:
This client is too old to work with working copy ... You need to get a newer Subversion client, or to downgrade this working copy.
