Problem
The Case Manager configuration tool generates The requester has insufficient access rights to perform the requested operation error when running the Register Project Area task
Symptom
The Case Manager configuration tool GUI shows the following error after the Register Project Area task fails:
The requester has insufficient access rights to perform the requested operation.
The Case Manager configuration tool log file shows more details about the security exception. For example:
