Troubleshooting


Problem

Unable to deploy a solution using Case Manager Admin Client

Symptom

Check the WAS systemout.log and look for the following error,

Cause

The "Network shared directory" property is blank in the IBM Case Manager administration plug-in configuration ( see the screenshot below, yellow cell)


Diagnosing The Problem

check the WAS systemout.log for the error shown above

Resolving The Problem

Use the Case Manager Configuration tool and do the following steps,
1. Updated the Network shared directory property on the last page of the
Case Manager profile properties in the Case Manager configuration tool.
2. Run the Create Case Manager Applications task in the Case Manager
configuration tool.
3. Run the Deploy the Case Manager API task in the Case Manager
configuration tool.
4, Run the Plug-in Register the IBM Case Manager Services Plug-in task in the Case Manager configuration tool.
5, Run the Register the IBM Case Manager Administration Client Plug-in task in the Case Manager configuration tool

Recycle Websphere then using Case Manager Administrator Client to deploy the solution again
