Customize your Case Management Page
In order to customize your Case Management page, first navigate to the IBM Support Community. Click "Cases" in the navigation bar in order to navigate to the Case Management page. To the right of the "Export" option, click the gear icon in order to open your customization options.
- Title
- Status
- Case number
- Legacy problem number
- Severity
- Age (Number of days)
- Case owner
- IBM customer number
- Case created date
- Updated
- Product name
The columns in bold will appear by default. You can uncheck any of these except the Title column. You may also add the three columns which are not included by default: Legacy problem number, IBM customer number, and Case created date.
In order to rearrange the columns, use the up and down arrows in each row to move a column farther left (up arrow) or farther right (down arrow).
Selecting the checkbox next to "Legacy problem number" will add that column to the table in the case management page. If you click the up arrow next to "Legacy problem number", it will move that column farther to the left.
