Problem
This technote identifies an issue that can occur in IBM Rational ClearQuest Web. Carriage ruturns are not displayed correctly when viewing printable versions of records on Mozilla Firefox 3.5.x.
Symptom
When viewing the printable version of a ClearQuest record using the Web client on Mozilla Firefox 3.5, carriage returns are not properly displayed in multiline fields. This results in the text of the multiline fields being one wrapped line.
