Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer has reconfigured an existing (working) Controller Web system from using HTTP to HTTPS
- In other words, they have performed the steps inside separate IBM Technote #1998458.
After doing the above, user launches the Controller website: https://<servername>:9443
Either:
- The website is blank/white
- An error appears (in the web browser) indicating that it could not connect with the website.
Symptom
The error/problem varies depending on what web browser you use.
Internet Explorer:

Can't connect securely to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website's owner.
Chrome:

This site can't be reached
....unexpectedly closed the connection
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED
