Troubleshooting
Problem
There might be cases where you cannot view all the pages of a PDF document. This can happen if it has a filename which includes double-byte characters AND if its size is bigger than 500 Kb.
Symptom
Cannot view all the pages of an attached document because it hung. For example, you cannot scroll down.
