Cannot start the Rational Team Concert Eclipse client

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to start the IBM Rational Team Concert Eclipse client results in an error and failure to start the eclipse client.

Symptom

The following error message will be seen when trying to open the Rational Team Concert eclipse client:
