Troubleshooting
Problem
Client has a report opened in Excel (created from Analyst). When selecting a prompt value, the following error occurs: "Cannot run the macro "C:\servername\program files\cognosc8\bin\Analyst.xla'!AnalystDropDown'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled."
Symptom
Unable to execute macro in Excel after upgrading to Windows 7 64-bit
