Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller Configuration and:
- Opens 'Batch Services' section
- Changes 'Max number of concurrent batch jobs' to a different number (for example: 4)
- Clicks "Save"
The following message appears:

"Saving changes will stop the Batch Service terminating all currently running batch jobs.
Are you sure you want to do that?"

User clicks "Yes" which therefore tries to stop the batch service
- However, an error appears.
