Problem
Error message : BMXAA7941E - You cannot modify this template because it is being modified by another user
Symptom
Trying to edit a Start Center template may throw you an error message :
BMXAA7941E - You cannot modify this template because it is being modified by another user
A symptom for that is when you have a template that states it cannot be edited because it is open by another user and no other user has it open and only some individuals have access to this as far as security.
You may wonder if there is somehow you can clear this or find out what user has this locked, because you are unable to update a start center template.
