Troubleshooting
Problem
Cannot load e.List node on Contributor web. Clicking the e.List node, nothing happens and the web page does not show up.
Symptom
PlanningErrorLog.csv shows:
-2147467259 general exception in try block
-2147467259 Unable to open file stream 'd:\Documents and Settings\lmccorve\Local Settings\Cache\onlinecache8.at' - error code is 15 'Unknown error'
Failed HRESULT [0x80004005] :Unable to execute cache query 'insert data where key is '{260CD9FE-B783-4AD5-BD80-7A810F14BC5A}''
