Cannot invoke "java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Object, Object[])" because "com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.reflect.opt.Injector.defineClass" is null"

Problem

Deploying rule using Rule designer using -> Proceed to RuleApp deployment option through deployment configuration, however it is throwing me an error saying "An internal error occurred during: "RuleApp Deployment". Cannot invoke "java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Object, Object[])" because "com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.reflect.opt.Injector.defineClass" is null".

Symptom
