Cannot import or retrieve any documents after upgrading to DB2 Content Manager Version 8.4.

Question

After upgrading DB2® Content Manager to Version 8.4, you cannot import and retrieve documents from DB2 Content Manager. An error message such as the following message appears: ICM9722: Unexpected exception occurred. {0}::HTTP/1.1 214 Undefined (SERVER RC) : 9722 Also, from the icmrm.logfile in debug level, you get the following message: Server metadata not found where the is the library server database name in your system, for example, ICMNLSDB.
