Problem
Cognos Planning Contributor client will not start.
Symptom
The Cognos Planning Contributor client won’t start. A Startup Error is generated: Cannot find 32 bit Java Runtime Environment (check vm.location in cognosrcp.ini, or, alternatively, install a 32 bit public JRE).
