Cannot connect to IBM Cognos Express on mobile devices if a gateway is configured

Troubleshooting


Problem

If you configure a gateway for IBM Cognos Express and then enter the gateway URL to connect to Express from a mobile device, the connection fails. Note: In IBM Cognos Express 10.2.1 FP2, you can log in successfully. However, if you try to run a report, it will fail.
