Problem
This technote identifies a potential resolution to the error, Cannot ClearQuest-enable a project with the name
Symptom
If there is UCM_Project record already present in the ClearQuest USER Database that is using the same name as the UCM Project in ClearCase you will receive the following error:
Cannot Clearquest-enable a project with the name <project name>, that name conflicts a with a UCM_Project that already exists in ClearQuest user database < cq_userdb name>
