Cannot access tm1web with new installation

Troubleshooting


Problem

A new installation of TM1 server has been done, TM1 Web was selected along with the installation components. However, when navigating to [http://host_machine_name:9510/tm1web/] one of the fololowing errors is seen: Internet Explorer: This page can’t be displayed •Make sure the web address [http://host_machine_name:9510/tm1web/] is correct. •Look for the page with your search engine. •Refresh the page in a few minutes. Firefox: The connection has timed out The server at is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. Chrome: This web page is not available Or possibly "HTTP Error 404.0 Not found" is seen.
