Problem

Unable to connect Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel using Cognos Access Manager authentication from Cognos Analytics

Symptom

Instead of receiving the logon screen, the below error is displayed.



System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object.
Object name: 'Browser'.
