Troubleshooting
Problem
When open a XPS IBM Content Navigator (ICN) doc link, it will popup download window for download. Can we update viewer mapping to let it be opened with web page?

Resolving The Problem
1. At first I created a viewer maps for xps file:
2. You can see I used Filenet Content Manager as repository type, HTML Conversion as viewer and file type defined to application/vnd.ms-xpsdocument. Move it up to the first line in case any other viewer used for all file types.
3. Then changed the viewer map to testxps in desktop I used for this test:
4. Saved all changes for viewer maps and desktop, reload ICN, find the document.
5. After double click the xps file name, it will be opened in browser:
Please make sure you move up the viewer maps created for xps to the first line in step #2.Otherwise if you defined any other viewer maps which will open all type files, when you open xps file, that viewer maps will be first used to open the file. If that viewer maps could not open xps file, it will pop up the download dialog.
Please note that the fidelity of the document may not be like the native viewer. And .xps file type was not supported by Daeja Viewer, please see --> https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/supported-file-formats-viewone-virtual.
