Troubleshooting
Problem
When user open document through Centera fixed content device, they will see the following exception:
ERROR FixedContentProviderCache.getProvider failed to init provider
com.filenet.api.exception.EngineRuntimeException: FNRCC0110E: CONTENT_FCP_OPERATION_FAILED: The [initialize] operation on the fixed content provider [com.filenet.engine.content.fcprovider.centera.CenteraFCP(0)] failed. Message was: FPLibrary (Not found in java.library.path)

Symptom
The above error indicates FPlibrary can not be found in Linux's Java library path hence the error occurs.
